Advance Property Management have a strict 100 point Identification checklist that must be supplied with all tenancy applications along with information about the applicant’s employment history & past & present rental references. As part of our tenant selection process all applicants are searched on the Tenancy Database TICA.
Arrears
Advance Property Management have a strict arrears policy which includes daily monitoring of rental payments, phone calls, letters, emails, SMS messages & if contact cannot be made we also visit the property.
Lease negotiation & preparation
Notification of upcoming lease expiration & Rent Reviews are provided annually & prior to the lease expiring

Advance Property Management provides detailed statements along with payments Fortnightly & Monthly along with detailed Annual income & expenditure reports
